Step 2.
Now you are going to have to download Hamachi wich can be found HERE,
"Hamachi is a zero-configuration virtual private network (VPN) shareware application capable of establishing direct links between computers that are behind NAT firewalls without requiring reconfiguration (in most cases); in other words, it establishes a connection over the Internet that emulates the connection that would exist if the computers were connected over a local area network." ~Wikipedia as I am to lazy to write it myself.
Step 3.
Install Hamachi then launch it.
Now create a new network or incase you have one you wish to join, Join it.
When creating your own Network make sure both you and you 'friend' knows the ID and password for the network, ex. ID = L'archl, Password = Trololo.
When joining a network all you have to do is enter an existing ID and the correct password for it.
And then press join.
Step 4.

Now press on Options>Link then make sure Wireless adapter is checked.
Step 5.
Now drag the 'ROM' into VBA inorder to start it and press Options>Link>settings..(Crtl + M), Under 'General' make sure that 'network' is checked.
Now you and your 'friend' must choose who will 'host' the game and who will join, If you are 'hosting' the game press on the 'server tab and press 'Start!'.
While the other one press 'Client' and add in the other persons 'IP' wich is shown in Hamachi and copy'd by righclicking on the persons 'name'.
