can you resolve disputes, and follow all rules: Yes, I can help people when they are mad or pissed off at some one I will help them calm down and maybe figure out the problem .
can you enforce rules : Yes, I will give them a verbal warning then the next time I'll give them a suspension .
why you should be an admin/mod/gfx mod:
I think I should be mod because I would be a great role model to all the new members and I could even make the site active .
